Bring your group to campus!
Ideal for college access programs, organizations, or high school classes.
The Office of Admissions offers group visits for large groups of 10 up to 80. Group visits consist of an information session led by an admissions representative, followed by a student-led walking tour of campus. A typical group visit lasts about one and a half hours.
If you are a prospective student looking to arrange a visit, please see Individual Visits.
Please take the following guidelines into consideration as you plan your group's visit to UIC.
Group visits can be scheduled on Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays and some University breaks.
Unfortunately, because of the significant demand of group visits, we cannot accommodate groups of students below the 9th grade.
While groups may eat in the public eateries on campus, UIC is unable to provide food for visiting groups.
Reservations are required for group visits and must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance. Dates fill up very quickly. We encourage earlier reservations to better ensure that your group is able to come on your desired date and we are able to meet your group’s needs. If you need to cancel your visit, we ask for 48 hours’ notice (excluding weather-related or unavoidable issues).
Once the Group Visit Request Form is submitted, your visit request will be confirmed via email.
